Human-led. Attorney-supervised. AI-enabled.

How can I build AI around my law firm’s actual work?

Custom AI built around your firm’s work. Run by trained people. Approved by your attorneys. We connect legal support outsourcing with AI legal workflow automation, using firm-approved systems and clear review gates. Start with an audit, commission one build, or assign a human operator to an approved process.

Custom pricing. Scope and price confirmed in writing.

Match education to the work, then test the work

Legal support outsourcing should begin with role fit. Review the proposed specialist’s education, relevant experience, writing and practical work against the task. LL.B., LL.M., J.D. and paralegal training describe different pathways; they do not establish U.S. attorney licensure.

Use a synthetic exercise that requires source checks and handling an unclear answer. Agree the review owner and permissions before a person or tool receives access.

Software, setup and people: why firms need all three

A software subscription, a configured workflow and a person checking the output solve different problems. Start with the tools your firm already owns. Define the permitted inputs, review steps and exception handling before deciding whether a new component is needed.

Need contract drafting review support?

We can help turn your firm's approved playbooks and clause options into draft packets, proposed edits, and exception lists for counsel review. A human checks inputs and routing, and the responsible attorney approves legal positions, revisions, and release.

Custom AI pricing and simple staffing workflows

AI work has custom pricing, with affordable scope options discussed against the actual task. Some human staffing engagements can include simple workflows at no additional charge. That inclusion applies only when confirmed in the staffing scope; it does not make every custom AI project included.

Software, a build or an operator: what am I buying?

Compare responsibilities before comparing fees. Vendor software can already provide automation and review features. Our proposed service is configuring an agreed process and, where separately engaged, supplying a person to operate and check it.

How do specialist legal AI products fit?

CoCounsel Legal publishes research, document analysis and drafting connected to legal sources. Harvey describes Assistant, document collections and workflow agents. Clio Work uses Vincent AI for research, analysis and drafting. These products may suit substantive legal work under counsel’s review.

Compare the licensed functions, data terms and reviewer workload. Our proposed service covers agreed configuration and operating responsibilities. It does not replace a research subscription or establish that one vendor is better than another.

How we keep the work accountable

Our delivery controls make drafts, sources, reviewers and exceptions visible. Your attorney assesses the applicable professional rules and approves the tool and data use. Read the ABA guidance and adapt the policy template with your counsel.

    What stays with your attorneys

Legal advice, legal judgment, conflicts, case strategy, privilege, filings and external commitments remain with counsel. AI never makes legal decisions or sends anything to a client, court or opposing party without attorney approval.

    A person remains accountable

Six controls for every proposed AI workflow

    Approved tools and data

Use only firm-approved systems, permissions and data categories.

    Drafts with named reviewers

Label every AI output as a draft and route it to a named human reviewer.

    Traceable extracted facts

Keep a source link or document/page reference for every extracted fact.

    Visible exceptions

Log missing evidence, conflicting inputs and failed steps. Never silently fill gaps.

    Attorney approval before sending

AI never makes legal decisions or gives advice. Nothing is sent to a client, court or opposing party without attorney approval.

SOC 2 Type II scope review

Remote Legal Team LLC states SOC 2 Type II security. Confirm report scope, period and covered services during diligence; it does not certify every proposed tool or make a workflow automatically compliant.

    Questions about this workflow

Will I need to replace my legal software?

No. We start with firm-approved systems you already use and check supported features, plan access and interfaces. Any additional component needs a defined purpose and approval.

Is custom AI included with a staffing hire?

Selected human staffing engagements may include simple workflows at no additional charge. Your written staffing scope confirms any inclusion. Custom AI projects are quoted separately unless expressly included.

Can an AI workflow send legal communications automatically?

No. Our proposed workflows keep AI outputs as drafts and require attorney approval before anything is sent to a client, court or opposing party.
