Human-led. Attorney-supervised. AI-enabled.
AI legal workflow automation needs a defined scope before implementation begins. A Build Sprint covers the agreed inputs, draft outputs, review gates and acceptance tests. We build around firm-approved systems. A trained person checks outputs, and your attorneys retain all legal decisions and approval of external communications.
Custom pricing. Scope and price confirmed in writing.
Legal support outsourcing should begin with role fit. Review the proposed specialist’s education, relevant experience, writing and practical work against the task. LL.B., LL.M., J.D. and paralegal training describe different pathways; they do not establish U.S. attorney licensure.
Use a synthetic exercise that requires source checks and handling an unclear answer. Agree the review owner and permissions before a person or tool receives access.
Explore education and vetting ↗The statement of work identifies included steps, exclusions, dependencies and the person who accepts the build. A new practice area, data source or integration can change the scope and needs written agreement.
Acceptance is measured against the agreed test cases and review requirements. A successful demonstration is not proof that every future matter will behave the same way. Changes to templates, models or vendor interfaces require a defined recheck.
Fixed-scope projects. Pricing confirmed in writing before work starts. The quote identifies setup, supported connections and any ongoing software, model, hosting or support costs. We do not publish a starting fee because the scope determines the work.
Your own staff can run the accepted process using the handoff documents. If you need daily operational coverage, a separately scoped Managed AI Operator can check queues, review every AI output and report exceptions.
Counsel controls permitted legal uses, access to matter information, substantive review, communications and final approval. A configured tool does not transfer those duties.

A person remains accountable

Label every AI output as a draft and route it to a named human reviewer.
Keep a source link or document/page reference for every extracted fact.
Log missing evidence, conflicting inputs and failed steps. Never silently fill gaps.
AI never makes legal decisions or gives advice. Nothing is sent to a client, court or opposing party without attorney approval.
Remote Legal Team LLC states SOC 2 Type II security. Confirm report scope, period and covered services during diligence; it does not certify every proposed tool or make a workflow automatically compliant.
The offer is scoped around one workflow. Related steps can be included in that definition, but unrelated additions need written scope agreement.
Yes. Agree the handoff, operating instructions and support responsibilities in the scope. A human operator engagement is optional and separate.
Only if the written quote says so. Hosting, model usage, vendor subscriptions and maintenance are identified separately where applicable.
